MiniKOP has been designed and made for the Technology, Supply, Marketing, Production and Logistics departments for ZBA S.A. in 2002. At that time, ZBA S.A. was in PKN Orlen S.A. company grup.

MiniKOP is a computer program used to keep records of technological documentation necessary for the functioning of the company's main departments, e.g. as in this case for the plant producing process equipment and equipment for the refining, petrochemical, energy, gas and mining industries.

The MiniKOP program made it possible to supervise production at all stages:
ordering materials and supervising the use of appropriate materials for production, production supervision,
MiniKOP also enabled the preparation of materials preparation technology, machining technology and assembly technology, supervision over the correct performance of the technology in the workshop, making test samples, making quotes for requests for quotation.

Minikop is a program of computer documentation of documents necessary for the functioning of the basic departments of the company, from 2002 it was constantly expanded until 2010. The latest version of the programs made partly in PHP + Mysql technology.

The program was applied after minor changes in BOCAR from 2016 to 2017.
